The MS Gong Ride is a unique fundraising event supporting people affected by Multiple Sclerosis. It's a 90km cycle from Sydney to Wollongong via Brighton Le Sands, the Royal National Park and the spectacular Sea Cliff Bridge.
Hike Out is entering a team and inviting everyone to get involved and support this great day. Grab your bike and join the fun, or sponsor us toward our fundraising target.
This is a day filled with friendship, effort and a great sense of achievement! Many of our team members will ride on mountain bikes and enjoy a relaxed social pace. Sign up and join our team.
Visit the 2014 Sydney to the Gong website where you can read exactly what is involved, including the cost to participate and the base fundraising commitment.
When you've read the information, sign up here.
After signing up individually, join the Hike Out team.
We'll organise some training rides and other group events in the lead up to November.
Help support the Hike Out team by assisting with fundraising for MS and creating awareness of our participation in this event.
